Product Owner/ Manager Continuous Delivery (*)

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Professional Leadership of the agile Squad “We enable Squads”
  • Driving the product vision, strategy and roadmap of the squad and DevOps at ista
  • Aligning with stakeholders such as development squads & chapters, IT Strategy & Architecture, IT security, Tribe Leads and the CIO to identify product requirements and priorities
  • Define and prioritize user stories and maintain the backlog for the developers in your squad
  • Together with your team, you set best-practices and patterns for modern CI/CD and drive these out into the organization
  • You stay up to date with new trends on the market, select new technologies and integrate them into our modern CI/CD process
  • You manage the squad budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate cost-predictions
  • In your chapter "Cloud & Software Delivery" you work on the vision and strategy for our transformation from DevOps and Cloud and share impulses and best practices with your peers

Das bringst du mit

  • Experience in a DevOps or similar management role, with a track record of delivering successful cloud-based products
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle different squads and stakeholders requirements
  • Ability to lead and align teams on a common goal by making organization priorities and strategy
  • Experience with hyperscaler clouds (e.g. Azure) and the associated infrastructure and PaaS/CaaS product suite (e.g. networking, serverless functions, app services, managed Kubernetes, databases)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes including containerization, CI pipelines and build systems
  • Be able to collaborate and willing to take on responsibility
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Interest in new technologies, , demonstrating a strong learning mindset and “fail fast, fail often” mentality
