Cloud Solution Architect: Azure (*)
Das sind deine Aufgaben
- You will help ista become a cloud-native company by collaborating on the design of our Azure landing zone architecture for our software projects in an agile squad
- You will help product teams and software developers at ista with the design and hands-on implementation of the solution architecture for new and existing applications based on Azure and Software-as-a-service components
- You strive to develop pragmatic solutions and templates in line with our IT strategy, lowering time-to-market and achieve the lowest possible ops effort for our products - for example by using SaaS components
- You stay up to date with new trends on the market, select the latest technologies and solutions to evaluate them, e.g. in proof-of-concepts, so that we can continuously improve our cloud footprint in terms of quality, security, speed and maintainability
- In your chapter "Cloud & Software Delivery" you work on the vision and strategy for our transformation from DevOps and Cloud and share impulses and best practices with your peers
Das bringst du mit
- At least 3 years of experience in similar activities
- Hands-on mentality and an eye for details - without losing sight of the big picture
- Communication skills and the ability to respond to different squads and stakeholders
- You have successfully supported the rollout of solutions in Azure and are familiar with topics such as networking, serverless functions, app services, managed Kubernetes, databases, messaging, or storage
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud orchestration and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. with Terraform)
- Knowledge of IAM (e.g. Azure AD, OICD, SSO) and secure SaaS components integration into the solution architecture
- Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
- Be able to collaborate and willing to take on responsibility
- Interest in new technologies, demonstrating a strong learning mindset and “fail fast, fail often” mentality
