Das sind deine Aufgaben
- As Chapter Lead, you will be the disciplinary leader of the Chapter, focusing on coaching and development of your team members and the recruitment of new Chapter members
- You define standards, guidelines and best practices for the chapter and are responsible for the design and development of the chapter identity
- In coordination with the Tribe Lead, you will staff the squads and work closely with Product Owners and Tribe Lead to define priorities and focus for the different roles
- You exemplify an innovative mindset and act as a technical coach for chapter members
- You actively contribute your expertise in DevOps and (Azure) Cloud Services and work in one of the squads up to 50% of your working time
- Together with your chapter members, you will develop the software delivery and DevOps strategy that will be used in the agile squads at ista

- You bring extensive experience and a willingness to shape the necessary DevOps capabilities for the entire software delivery lifecycle in the enterprise context
- You have experience in the application and automation of cloud services - ideally you have several years of experience in the use of Azure
- Your experience in leading teams is characterized by a coach-oriented leadership style
- Profound knowledge of Scrum, supplemented by an understanding of scaled agile models
- Team player with strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and an independent and results-oriented work approach
- Strong willingness to learn, openness to new topics, and an agile mindset complete your profile
- You are fluent in German and English
